How long should I expect for my sandals to be delivered?

Every order is typically shipped within a span of 3 working days. This timeframe is essential because we don't maintain a stock of sandals; each pair is meticulously assembled based on your order and inspected for quality.

How are orders shipped?

We use UPS and Fed Ex delivery service to send your sandals. Once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking link and code to monitor the progress of your package.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow order cancellations. Our sandals are made-to-order, and once they're crafted, the materials used cannot be recycled. 

Can I return my sandals if I'm dissatisfied?

If the style, color, and size of your sandals align with your initial order, we cannot accept returns. However, if we have made an error (such as sending the wrong style, color, or size), we will replace the item at no extra cost.

What should I do if the size is incorrect?

If the size differs from what you ordered, we will replace the sandals at our expense. In the event that the size matches your order but the sandals still don't fit correctly, we can exchange them for a different size. In this scenario, please note that the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

What if the sandals arrive damaged?

If, for any reason, your sandals are damaged during shipping, we will promptly replace them at no additional cost to you.
