Online exchanges/returns:

Due to the handmade nature of our sandals, we are unable to offer returns as each sandal is assembled to order.

However, if the sandals happen to be either too big or too small, we are happy to arrange an exchange for you. Please note that the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses associated with the exchange.

Damages and issues
